Advertise your CHAPTER at Equine Affaire 2015
We're asking every chapter to submit a flyer to display at Equine Affaire. They are due Friday, March 27th. What we would like is a one page double sided flyer. The flier should be 1, 8.5" x 11" page (front and back) including but not limited to the following: Chapter Name and logo, Officers (Name/Phone/Email), Website/Facebook address, Meeting place and time, calendar of events (Rides, Trail Maintenance, Youth Activities, Social Events, or any other activities that you'll be participating in), recognition for chapter members such as top three mileage and saddle hour people from your chapter. You can include photos on your flyer. Email your flyer document to Tina at email@example.com. We will make the copies for the trade show. Please have them to us by March 27th, 2015. You can take a look at some samples on the links below. If you don't have a OHC chapter website you can always refer to the State OHC website, chapter page for people to reference to see the activities your chapter has scheduled.
